The evening of Sep. 25th still provided some nice numbers in just 1,45 h, including 48 Sooties, 9 Bonxies, 6 Arctic, 3 Pomarine and 1 Long Tailed Skuas. 

The morning of 26th started with a surprise in the form of a Fea's type Petrel while Scoters added more and more groups. The rest of the day was in general poor, with c. 250 Gannets/h, 7 Pomarines, 14 Arctic and 25 Great Skuas, 8 Little Terns, etc, and an increasing movement of Balearic Shearwaters in the afternoon.

The morning of 27th was also poor. Just more Scoters, 4 Arctic Skuas and 6 Bonxies worth mention.

Meanwhile, the usual migrants arrived in tiny numbers. The main sighting at the headland was at night: an Eurasian Scops Owl.

Another great day today thanks to the NW winds. 

In 7 hs we counted 14,910 Manx Shearwaters, 2160 Sooty Shearwaters, 208 Great Skuas, 120 Arctic Skuas, 22 Pomarines, 10 Great Shearwaters, 356 Cory's, 3304 Gannets, 597 Sandwich Terns, 2 Roseate Terns and more.

189 Pomarines, 193 Bonxies, 97 Arctic Skuas and up to 7120 Manx Shearwaters were counted today during 7,45 hs. Also 657 Sooty Shearwaters, 5040 Gannets, 1 Sabine's Gull, 1 Kittiwake, and only a few Terns, including 2 Roseate.

Due to the prevailing E winds no much movemente today. Just 179 Common Scoters in the morning. Instead, a Richard's Pipit was seen flying overhead at Garita de Bares hill.

More than 500 Common Scoters this morning. Instead, just a few of the other ommon species, with the only exception of Sandwich Tern, which kept a c. 100 birds/h movement all trhough the morning and afternoon. 

Several migrants arrived from 12:30 PM onwards, including Whinchats, Willow Warblers, Wrynecks, Pied Flycatchers, Yellow Wagtails, etc. A few Eurasian reed warbler were ringed, as well as a Cetti's warbler and a Zitting cisticola.

Easterlies did not keep the seabirds far from the headland today. In 5,45 h we counted 2838 Gannets, 1492 Manxies, 652 Cory's, 476 Sandwich Terns, 40 Great Skuas, 1 Long Tailed Skua, 4 Pomarines and 24 Arctic Skuas, as well as several other species.

Westerlies brought a nice movement of Manx Shearwaters: 2073 were counted in 6,45 h. Other numbers obtained were: 1848 Gannets, 85 Sooties, 5 Long Tailed, 12 Pomarine and 33 Arctic Skuas, 13 Great Skuas, 874 Sandwich Terns, 289 "Commic" terns, 1 Roseate Tern, 2 Sabine's Gulls, 3 Grey Palaropes and more...

342 Sandwich Terns, 301 "Commic" Terns and 3 Little Terns were counted this afternoon, together with 25 Pomarine, 66 Arctic and 1 Long Tailed Skuas, 106 Great Skuas, 17 Great Shearwaters, 25 Grey Phalaropes and  2 Garganeys, as well as other species.

Seabird passage on 15th only started in the afternoon, once the very strong SW winds ceased for a few hours. Some nice numbers obtained during 2,30 hs were: 2 Sabine's, 25 Bonxies, 7 Poms, 22 Arctic Skuas and 5 Grey Phalaropes.

On 16th the morning was also very windy (over 100 km/h) and there was a lot of rain. Instead, the afternoon brought better weather. Sabine´s started thn to move in huge numbers: 120 were counted. Also 21 Great Shearwaters, 121 Sooties, 3 Roseate Terns, 1737 "comic" terns, 34 Bonxies, 85 Arctic and 20 Pomarine Skuas.
