Very poor passage during these days due to the NE winds. Some interesting numbers and species were:
AUG 19: 1 Long Tailed Skua, 12 Arctic and 1 Pomarine, 28 Manxies, 4 Sooties.
AUG 20: Nothing to mention... Grrr.
AUG 21: 1 young Whitethroat and 1 Collared Dove (only one previous sighting of this common species in the headland). 4 Arctic Skuas.
AUG 22: 1 Little Tern, 2 Black Terns, 4 Arctic Skuas, 3 Bonxies in 3,45 hs.
AUG 23: 59 Manxies, 20 Bonxies, 7 Arctic Skuas, 23 «Commics», 50 Bar Tailed Godwits in 4,45 hs. A young Great Spotted Cuckoo is seen in the headland, and 4 Reed Warblers and 2 Sedge Warblers are caught for ringing.
All these days there were groups of Common Dolphins fishing.
