Today´s 2,30 hs late evening count was a fine one, with excellent light and several species on the move, including 1 LT Skua, 33 Boxies, 16 Arctic Skuas, 2 Poms, 80 «commic» Terns, 77 Sandwich, 1 Black Tern, 207 Gannets, 132 Manxies, 19 Balearic, 24 Cory’s and 33 Sooties. A high-flying Avocet, an uncommon bird in this corner of Iberia, was a nice surprise, as were 3 very close Grey Phalaropes. The wind, still from NE, was quite calm.
